Payment for the total amount of the reservation is charged upon making the reservation. If the reservation is canceled or modified within 90 days of the arrival date, 100% of the reservation is non refundable.

Guests have two option when making a reservation:

1 – A credit card is charged 100% of the reservation at the time of booking. This charge is non refundable, however, we provide a 15% discount on the room rate.

2 – A credit card is charged 50% of the total reservation at the time of booking. When guests arrive the remaining balance will be charged at check in. If the reservation is canceled or modified within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

During all seasons, please note 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged in the case of a “no-show”.

Additionally, should you depart the hotel earlier than your scheduled check out date, the amount charged for the unused nights on your original reservation cannot be refunded.

Check-in is available after 3pm, and check-out is at 11am. For late arrivals or special accommodations, please contact the reservations team.

Sendero is an adult-oriented hotel property. While children and infants are not specifically prohibited, families with small children might be happier and better accommodated at another location. Please feel free to call us with any questions, advice or recommendations.

Occupancy in all guest rooms at Sendero is limited to two people of any age, excluding our Suites with a max capacity of four people. However, we are able to provide pack ‘n plays or roll-away beds in certain rooms. For more information please contact the Reservation Team.

We are happy to offer dog-friendly lodging! Dogs are the only pets allowed, and we can only accommodate dogs under 70 lbs. with a maximum of 2 allowed per room. A pet fee of $50 per dog per night will be added to your room charges. Additional dog policy details:

• Please add a note in the “Notes” section at checkout letting us know the quantity, size, and name(s) of your dog(s).
• While we love our pets, not all of our guests feel the same way. For this reason, pets are never permitted in interior public spaces—they are permitted only in our exterior common areas, and only while on leash.
• Pets must never be left in guest rooms alone.
• Dogs are never allowed in property pools, pool deck areas, or indoor restaurants.
• If unregistered dogs are discovered in rooms, or if a pet causes stains or damage to a pet-friendly guest room, a charge of $250.00 will be added to the guest’s credit card on file.

Sendero is a 100% smoke, vape and flame-free property. A $250 cleaning surcharge will be imposed on any room where guests have burned candles, smoked (including e-cigarettes), or vaped in their room or anywhere on property.

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to consume alcohol. As our common spaces are used by all guests, we ask everyone to drink responsibly and be considerate of others around them.

Sendero is a cash free property, however, we accept a variety of payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

While accidents do happen, guests will be financially responsible for damages due to gross negligence. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of any valuables in guest rooms or automobiles. We recommend that money and other personal valuables are secured in the room safe.

Parking is complimentary for our guests, however, there is limited parking spaces available.
